Definitions and Operational Standards

The pitch price allows for up to 2 adults and three children under 15 years old
Our operational standard is that one tent/motorhome etc. = one pitch

Day visitors to our camping guests are welcome and this is subject to a charge for the vehicle and occupants. Again, we reserve the right to request that vehicles are not parked on the campsite itself. – Priced per day or part thereof. Please ensure that vehicle/occupant details are reported to reception office before arrival	£10
Gazebos are welcome but must be positioned immediately in front of your pitch or between adjacent pitches. Up to 5m x 5m – priced per night Larger than 5m x 5m – priced per night	£5 £20
‘Pay as you Go’ washing machine and tumble dryer is also available in the washing up room – please pay in reception office prior to using the machines. Wash – priced per wash cycle Dryer – priced per hour or part thereof	£5 £4
Campfires A Campfire can be purchased on arrival and is delivered to your pitch and consists of a firebase, 3 nets of logs and a starter pack of kindling, firelighters and a disposable lighter. Additional nets of logs are available at £7 per net. YOU MAY NOT BRING YOUR OWN WOOD ONTO THE SITE.	£20

• Bookings are secured by payment of a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total pitch fees
• Our campsite licence is such that one tent = one pitch. There is no additional charge for the larger family tents but we do reserve the right to make an additional charge (depends upon how busy we are) for ultra large tents (10 berth and above). Please call to discuss if you think that you may fit into this category.
• Dogs are welcome and there is no charge. However, there is a basic set of straightforward rules that must be adhered to at all times.
  • All dogs must be be kept on a lead at all times when on the campsite.
  • All handlers must scrupulously monitor and immediately clean up after the dog. (Poo bags are available FOC on request).
  • Dogs must not be noisy or antisocial to other dogs or visitors on the site.
  • We would take this opportunity to remind visitors that we have our own dogs and horses and there is livestock on adjoining land. Any dog found to be out of control will not be welcome and both handler/owner will be asked to leave the site
